Jessica earned her BFA in Graphic Design in 2011 from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and earned her MS in Education with a K-12 art concentration. Her studio practice combines elements of abstract expressionism with spiritual practice. Jessica is a teaching artist–In 2019, she began working with the make space at the Muse Knoxville children's museum—a play-based, process-oriented maker space for ages 6 mo-12 years. In 2020, she began working as a K-5 art teacher in Knox County Schools.
