Statement
A New Project for 2024/25
My fascination with the themes of migration and upcycling has blossomed into a creative exploration of art and fashion. I'm on a journey to bend fashion toward sustainability and artistic individuality. At the heart of this project lies a deep-seated concern for the environmental and social impact of the fast-paced, throw-away fashion industry. I am creating an art installation over the next year that blends 3D and 2D elements on this topic. I aim to provoke thought and dialogue about the true cost of our consumption habits, urging viewers to reconsider the value of fashion as a form of self-expression and even cultural preservation. I seek to inspire others to embrace creativity, sustainability, and social responsibility, fostering a deeper connection between art, fashion, and the world around us.
