Japanese style mask with concerned expression. Five wrinkles on the forehead, with a curved slope in the middle. Semicircle shaped eyes, with circular pupils carved and punched out. Right pupil is slightly larger than the left pupil. Light creases between eyebrows in a triangular shape. Mouth opened slightly with bottom and top rows of teeth showing. Six teeth on each row. Average sized lips. Small, circular wood grain on the bottom left side of chin.
